Voice Mail setup sheet. 1

I am running IP office version 4.1 with Avaya 4412D+ phones. I used to administer Definity/Audix and I had these nifty little instruction sheets I could hand out to new employees that would walk them through setting up their voicemail. Does anyone know where I could get ahold of one of these for IP office, though it seems to work almost exactly the same on the user side.
