Nortel 824 w/ DR5 and Startalk Flash v1.44 - Is it possible to manually transfer call to extension and have it go to voice mail (if extension does not answer) without using VM transfer feature or if extension is not set to forward to VM? If call is answered via AA, it seems to work, but not with a manually transferred call. Thank you.

Yes set Forward no answer to number of rings and main DN of the VM, has to be lower than transfer recall and DRT # of rings.

Go and change the Call Forward No Answer to vmails DN and set the ring count.
