voice mail problem meridan 2

mail mail system is down and i get err3036 and 3037. any ideas why i am getting these errors and why system is down.

either stat aml, which you say doesn't work or go to load 22 and print adan, the aml will be in that list

The problem ended up being QPC414 cards that go to the vm both died and needed replace but thats for th e advice.
