Voice Mail Pro transfers from AA 1

I have an IPO 500 with a Voice Mail Pro attached. Customer currently is set up with the AA answering immediately and digits set for transfering. 1xx, 2xx, and 5xx are extension numbers and they want most extensions to transfer directly to the phones when they are dialed from AA. They have one, Extension 206, that when someone dials it from AA, they want it to go to the secretary at 210. I think this would be possible using call flows but i want to know if anyone has done this and can point me in the right direction. Thank you for any help in advance.

Just put 210 into the Menu that collects the dialled digits as a Touch Tone entry and join it to a transfer action set to 210 (assuming you have no other entry starting with 2 in that menu)

The only other entry would be the 2?? for all other extensions. Will this work? or do we need to go from the 2?? and have it look at those digits and decide if it is looking at 206 or any of the other extensions.

That is an issue, you can only have one entry beginning with any number.

You will have to pass through a "Test variable" that checks $KEY to see if it's 206, if it is it follows the "specific" route which you can join to the transfer to 210 then "no match" goes to your existing transfer action
