Voice Mail No Name Anouncement

When A caller reaches a group mailbox I would like it to not anounce the name of the mailbox so that they just here the "No ones available to take your call at the moment..." message.

How do I delete the name announcement when the mailbox answers?

You can just record a greeting with the above line.. option 3 in VMPro/Intuity mode or Embedded VM.

When a call comes into the mailbox it first anounces the mailbox owner then anounces the greeting.

When the call comes into the main hunt group and then falls to voice mail I don't want to say "General Mailbox" then "No one is available to take your call..."

So would think recording a few seconds of silence will do want.

he is correct, when a user first sets up a voicemail box he must record his name. If he doesn't record a greeting or records a greeting but doesn't activate it the system will play the "name stamp" than insert the systems default greeting by "audix annie". If they have recorded a greeting it sounds to me like they just need to go into option 3 from the main menu and activate it or do it from scratch.
