Voice mail Mode?

If I change from Intuity mode to IP Office do the users need to change anything or do they need to only know the new prompts?

Also, will I need to reset up any Auto-Attendant settings?

Add a Get Mail action to the Default Collect Start Point and then when users (from thier own extn) press message or *17 will go straight into thier m/b without entering anything. Just like Mr Shouty Captial Letters said!!!

EDIT THE DEFAULT START POINTS, THEN IT CHANGES IT FOR EVERYONE. HAD TO DO THE ALL CAPS THING, NOT SURE WHY, JUST AN IMPULSE.

BUT FOR GROUPS YOU WILL HAVE CREATE A NEW START POINT FOR EACH, BECAUSE THE LEAVE MAIL ACTION ONLY HAS THE OPTION TO SET CALLERS MAILBOX (THE CALLER ISNT THE GROUP IS IT) OR TO SPECIFY A MAILBOX.
