We recently moved a client's system to their new premises. The client currently has a 406 V1 release 3.2.69 and 3 digital exp modules also upgraded to the 3.2.69 release. The client uses voice mail lite also release 3.2.69. In their old office the voice mail was working perfectly. In their new ones all ext when trying to access their voice mail they get a message: "remote support has not been configured for this mail box". I reinstalled voice mail lite, but the problem persists. IPs and everything else on their network has remained the same. Any help would be appreciated. Thx
