How do I set up a voice mail light?

Are you trying to program a button to press to Call Voice Mail?

Apparently the phone for operator does not have a light that goes on when there is voice mail in the box

So, does the mailbox number for the voice mail match the extension number for the Operator?

In other words, is the voice mail something like Mailbox 9991, while the Operator is something like Extension 100?

Oh, the telephone itself has a LED, but it just isn't turning on when there is a new message. Now I understand.

Well sir, AVAYA doesn't tell us much.

We can assume it's a 4424 LD+, but to assume we make an Axx out of U and me.

That being said, can you do a PRINT of the EXTENSION INFO for this particular extension?

Also, were you able to verify what DEXMAN asked?

That could be critical to this issue.
