Voice Mail Light

I have a 2008 model phone that the light for voice mail won't go off. The only thing I did is move the phone from TN to another using the mov command.

Have you tried using the MCK key on the maintenance phone?

The PBX and Voicemail may be out of Sync. The voicemail thinking that there are still messages where there are not.

You could also try leaving a new voicemail for that extension and then listen to all vocieamils for that extension. At that point the voicemail system may turn the light off itself.

do you have lamp audit running in ld 97?.. that cleans up stray lights.. as posted. it's common practice to add keys to your phone that turns lights off and on for problems like that..

Are you sure your trying to put the lsmp out on the right phone? you did say you moved the TN, verify the DN you trying to put out by callimg a phone with a display to see if you have the right phone.
