Hi Again Guys,
I have an option 61-81 system. I have a end user
stating she is not getting a voice mail light.
We have an octell voice mail. This is an ACD set By the Way. we also use genisus system.
I changed her phone just to test the lamp, I also
tried to turn it on via my phone with the Msg Indic key.
she does not even get a message flashing on her message key.
yet there are messages in her mail box.
yes i check programing and it looks like nothing was changed
Can you point me in the right direction, PBX side error or Octell error ?
