Voice mail is not responding

hi all,

i am new here please give me some suggestion how can i solve this actually i have some branches equipped with Avaya g430+s8300 and Avaya Messaging. my problem is when i am calling from my branch with my extension to other branch extensions and if user not responding the call the call is going to voice mail but if i am calling to the same branch extension from other branch (if user not responding) it not going to voice mail , its showing only forwarding on Extension screen and ring is continuous. please any body can solve my problem thanks in advance .....i traced
