Voice mail initiation problem

Hi,

Could you help me please with voicemail initiation problem, please?
When I try to assign the group hunting group leader number I get this:

Hi

I am sorry; I cannot help you more. last thing in mind is a RFEXI but I guess it won't help.
May be if you open a ticket in metrxi E/// will help you.
Other wise, I will do a PCREGEN and regenerate the site in lab to verify if it occur there.

Hi

Metrix is the way to report fault about Ericsson product via Web Interface.
The adress is

http://hercules-metrix.ericsson.net/

To have access to this, you have to fullfill some criterias and the access is provided by your Ericsson representative.
If you don't have access you must go via your reseller/installator that must have such access, or find on your market which company can help you to do so.

I saw this problem before.
Please try to restart the following programs in the MD110:
RFPUI:UNIT=ILP,LIM=x, where the "x" means the LIM, where the ICU2 board is installed.
Also restart RFPUI:UNIT=DIM,LIM=x.
To find out in which LIM the program "DIM" is use :
CNPIP:UNIT=DIM.

erease all data related to VM, including GHunt, after begain with initiation of GHunt and GHGMI, after adding a members of the group, do the following

intiate a new voice mail indvi. icuind=1 , don't use 0 do it all by 1
i.e
icfui:icuind=1,.....;

vmpoi:icuind=1,grp=7199;

and so on

and get back to me
