I am trying to configure our voice mail with option 61.

My main issue here, is what is the best way to route the calls from two different incoming lines...

Currently we have an operator that has the DN setup on it (700) what should I do to get her to keep her number, and at the same time make the calls first be answered by the Auto Attendant / voice mail?

that gives you a quick way to make changes in your route as well as the ovdn prompt which i use to route calls if the calls back up due to an outage. with nortel voice mail you can't forward to the dn of the set, it's nondialable, but you can forward to the acd dn and not worry about your original dialed dn getting stepped on via sfa
