I have a station that is programed to go to the operator when callers press '0' anytime during their message.
Callers are getting nothing but dead air when they do this.
I traced the call and indeed it is evidently routed to the attendant-group 1.
I cannot find anything anywhere about an attendant group, nor can I display, list or change such a group..
Thanks for your help in advance.

Here is the trace of the call.

attendant group 1 is for attendant consoles with TN 1 tenant 1. Listed directory and dial "0" calls or what your dialplan defines as the digits for "attd" go to attendant group 1.

If you do not have tenant partitioning turned on, then you only have attendant group 1.

display console (look at programmed consoles on the last page)
change tenant x will allow defining night service and music for tenant partition group numbers.

Yes, my system does have consoles.
I looked at my consoles and tried to 'ch ten', but that doesn't work. I assume, because I have no tenants.
Thanks.
