Voice mail from other NBX's on WAN listed as outside caller

Is it normal for voice mail from a user on the same WAN but differnt Call processors to be lists as a outside call.

In my inbox I receive a voice mail from a extention that is located on another call processor and it says:

Voicemail 1 from outside call @ some time. but its from one of my users.

Yes if you are not running VPIM this will happen because the user doesn't exist on the system. VPIM will tie the systems together and fix this as well as allow you to forward mail between systems.
