I can access a mailbox from the outside with no problem or from my internal phone. I have a user in another office who can not pick up the voicemail box. I listened with him and he couldn't do it. It heard the digits for the extension, but not for the security code. The user is calling from a Definity G3 version 9 system. Anyone have any ideas?

What exactly happens when he enters the password? Have you checked the Audix to see if his mailbox has been locked for too many failed logins?

I can access it no problem from anywhere. The user has the problem only from his switch. When he enters the password, it says incorrect password and tries again. I know he is using the correct password.

Has the user tried from different stations on his switch, or just from his own telephone? Perhaps one of the numbers on his telephone set is not passing the DTMF tone correctly when the password is entered.

It was the phone itself. Thank You!
