Voice mail crashing 1

BCM 400 4.0
Call Pilot will crash 2- 3 times a week....need to reboot BCM to get it going.
Couple times could not get back in the BCM untill after a few reboots.
System running for almost a year.
No Patches installed

What to look for or do?

It seems like your willing to start over, so do a Re-install on Call Pilot only, and rebuild from scratch.

This is a shot in the dark, but I had a problem with a 4.0 box that was close to the same problem. What type of lines are connected to the system? I ask this because I had a T1 connected to a DTM module and the voicemail would go down 3-4 times a week stop answering calls and unable to open any voicemail features. It turns out it is a known issue with the 4.0 and nortel does have a patch that fixes the issue.

I will see if I can find it.

I thought we installed all the patches but will double check.

Well after the restore there are no patches in the list, I guess backup does not include them.

I am going patch to SU 900 System then do the 165 Core and test.
