Voice mail box states full

I am new to MM and was looking for admin help in resolving this complaint ----My voicemail box for xxxx states that it is full, however, I do not have any new or saved messages.

can anyone assist ? thank you

is there a way to bounce a mail box to reset it instead of dropping and readding ?

I assume you are using the MSS for the message store? Or are you using Exchange?

Check the class of service options. You might have almost no space allowed for this subscriber.

I found it in his subscriber options. although he felt he deleted the messages he did not have it checked to delete on exit. Once I went into his options and checked it his messages cleared and the error messages were gone. thank you for the great help
