Voice Mail Backup Port

Hello all

I need a help on backing up the voicemail

i dont know which port should i use to connect my SCSI tap drive at the Voice Mail card.

The voice mail has two Ports compatible for the SCSI connection.

One is the 50 Pin other one is DB 68 female..

I tried on 50 Pin port But it doesnt work

It gives an error message of SEER 1541 while i try to backup the voicemails from the system to tape drive


any one can please tell me where do i connect my SCSI controller card to Voicemail Board.
for the backup of voicemails stored in the voice mail system..
