-in 231 + day night & weekend +3 VMIB no drop
-how call will be forward to attendant
-wht we do with pgm 228 lease help me

Also I have to transfer call to atendent ie. XXX
I have to program like

1>Welcome to the company plase dial desired extension or wait for operator assistence
2>one moment while i transfer your call

If you dial in through PGM231 with VMIB no drop, the the next step is your programming in PGM228. The Voice message number in PGM231 is your reference point in PGM228.

See this:
CCR tables i.e. Voice Response in ipLDK-100/300/Aria 130

PGM228

Example of building tables and system messages to the voice response system.

In ipLDK-100 we have 70 system messages to be shared between messages to groups, night answer and voice response.
Menu choice is available with the messaging system where the main menu of voice response system record.
"Welcome to Company A. Press 1 for Sales, press 2 for Service ...

In PGM 228 you select the number of the system message that is programmed to read out the main menu the voice response system (01 - 70).
Each system message have 10 'racks' which reflects the customer's press keys 1 - 9 + 0
Pressing the BTN(01-10), indicate the action that must be done when the customer presses. (1 - 9 + 0)

The actions can be selected as follows:

• 1 = Divert local number - Enter the extension number + Hold / Save '
• 2 = Divert group - Enter group number (620-634) + 'Hold / Save'
• 3 = VMIB communication - key system message number (01-70) + 'Hold / Save'
• 4 = VMIB notice + drop - key system message number (01-70) + # + 'Hold / Save'
• 5 = Divert the speed dial - (2000-3499) + 'Hold / Save'
• 6 = Internal paging - Key internal pager number (01-10) + 'Hold / Save'
• 7 = External paging - Key external pager number (1-3) + 'Hold / Save'
• 8 = 6 points + 7 - Key int / ext. pager number (1-3) + 'Hold / Save'

To delete an action, press the BTN + 'card' key + 'Hold / Save'

If you select 'Go to the message / menu x', the chosen system message x is playing, and allow the user to enter digits 1 to 9 + 0 Subsequently, a new action to happen.
The PGM 228 selected number of the messaging system that is chosen for the sub menu (00 - 70).
Pressing the BTN(1-10) indicate the action to happen when the customer presses. (1 - 9 + 0)

By default, pressing on a digit which is not defined anything, go to attandent. Default time is 5 seconds. But can be changed in PGM. 181 - Lystast 8 (inter digit timer).

By pressing the * the system wil be playing the current system message again.
By pressing the #, the system wil be starting all over again.
Voice response in ipLDK.
May be selected as a DDI number to ringning on voice response.
In PGM. 231 you enther the last three digits of the DDI number(station number), and with lystast 1 specified BIN number. (BIN is a logical place in the ipLDK-100).
Enter BIN = DDI number - number to be on voice response.
BTN 2 indicates dagringningen system-message x 3 + VMIB system message number x + Hold / Save.
At BTN 3 expressed in the same way - night switch.

Makes sense?

I gave you a general description on the PGM228 in my last reply.
But it seems that what you need is this:

In PGM231 you enter the VMIB message for the desired DDI number. If you record system message 10, then the answer point will be VMIB10.

In PGM228 you can build your CCR or Voice response MENU.

If your recording is like this:

"Welcome to the company plase dial desired extension or wait for operator assistence"

If your station numbers are in the range 100-199, then
the "press 1 field" of the PGM228 is left empty, but set to
STATION. The caller will hear the message and dial 122 (e.g.) and will be transferred to ext. 122.

The make a ring group in PGM 190-191, and assign a welcome message for it (and also a queue+repeat message).

Then you could use this group to give extra messages when calling the operator/attendant.
Also, the possibility to press 9 (or 0) for the operator could be implemented.

Owerflow will send the call to the operator after the timers in PGM181.

Thank you doktor for your response, now I got the concept to configure the auto attendent,I am going to work on it on this Saturday.
now I am stuck in new problem that I have installed the IPLDK 60 before 2 year at that time I have not Installed the PRI card,Now I have to Install the PRI Card In system ,but when I put the card the only daughter hybrid extension board is detected & not the pRI card what should I do???
In PGM 103 I can see 2 Hybrid board (8 port each),1 trunk card ,and 1 AAFU card.

The PRI Card Number is PRHB8 /E1HB8, when i Put the link in it Led 8 Green & led 9 red glows, but when I try to dial individual channel i.e 88xx I get access Denny.

In PGM 103 you must set up manualy PRI/E1 Card,
The equipment don´t reconogize the card if you dont´t install during initial configuration.

How do you set up clock, master or slave?

Do you received 120 ohms or 75 ohms? if you received 75 ohms, you need a ballum

1)In normal operation of slave clock, LED 8 is blinking and LED 9 is turned ON.
2) In normal operation of master clock, LED 8 is blinking and LED 7 is turned ON.

Hi morenot

ISp set it as slave, I did't get the concept of ohm

also what is the use of this switch do we need to change the setting because by default they are in off position

With ipLDK systems (100/300) it is possible at add a board in a slot by using PGM101 and PGM103.

PGM101:
1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button + PGM number (101)
2. Enter slot number (2 digits)
3. Press [FLEX1] button.
4. Enter Board Type code (2 digits)--> E1=40.
5. Press the [HOLD/SAVE] button to accept the change.

In PGM 103 you set the order of the boards for stations, CO line and VMIB.

For example, if CO Line board (LCOB) is installed at Slot 5, then CO line 01-03 becomes CO line of Slot 5.
The lines 01-03 need to be opened in PGM141 (CO group 1-24)!

1. Press the [TRANS/PGM] button + PGM number (103)
2. Press [FLEX1] button.
3. Enter logical slot number (CO board slot: 05-08, 10)
4. Press [HOLD/SAVE] button to accept change.

Hope that this can help you on...

120 ohms if you Provider brings in cooper pair
75 ohms in coaxial cable
If it is coaxial, you need a ballum to convert impedance of 120 ohms to 75 ohms

This is for ipldk 60
Also, in PGM 155 you need select Master or slave according slot where you have PRI/E1 card.
If ipldk goes like slave or Master for receive clock of Provider
