Voice Item maintenance

We upgrade recently from MerMail to CP4. We are trying to change some recordings; when we dial voice item maintenance and enter the Application ID & PWD it tells us " That application can not be udated thru this service because there are no prompts assigned to it". We were able to update before the upgrade..... any suggestions?

It may be that the telset maintenance password in the application may not be set up. I don't remember exactly where this is without looking but open the application in question and it is under one of the options under file, edit or one of thos choices at the top of the window.
 
The option is under File - Properties and on the Security tab.
 
Verify the application ID is correct look in cp manager in the SDN table to see which application it is directed to.
