Hi ...

I have IPO 11.1.2.4, I face strange problems with this.

if the user picks up a call, sometimes can't hear each other.
if the user has a call, and has a 2nd call, put the first call to hold, and picks up the second one, the parties can not hear each other.

this case suddenly and randomly occurs.

Here is an example of this:

How to Solve this?


 
Why is this not more wide spread? I have a lot of customers using the J series phones without this issue?
Is it isolated to a certain firmware version? If so, if you downgrade to the previous version does it resolve the issue?
 
Hi @BrianCosta, excuse me for the delay, the IPO Release was 11.1.1.1.0 build 18, what we did in the meantime Avaya was releasing a new J100 firmware is commuting the phones in H.323

The latest update from Avaya is to perform the Upgrade of J Series Phones to firmware 4.1.1.0.7.
I will do it for some users tonight and I will inform you .

@vfotineas: I received a message from Avaya regarding this and I did it and am waiting for an update from the customer on this, but thank you very much for this promising update.
