I have an executive and assistant that both have M3904 phones. I set up a key called "voice call" for the assistant to push when she wants to intercom into the boss (it rings once and then she's on the speaker.) A key on his set shows she's calling....and vice versa

Question: how do I program their phones so that either one of them can press the key that the voicecall is coming in on so that they have a two-way hands free conversation?

Hopefully this makes sense and thanks in advance for the help.

It was the feature hva hawks was talking about. Because the user was using v instead of r. If they had programmed r it probably would have worked but they used v which corresponds to Handsfree. At least thats how I interpret the manual.
