Voice Greeting

Hello!

After restarting the PBX, the voice greeting disappeared. It was played when calling from an external number. The DN this greeting matches works. If I dial the extension number DN 7010, this greeting will be there. But when calling from an external number, it is no longer played. Please tell me where I can see this match (forwarding) from an external number to 7010.

This can be a number of answers.

You need to find if the external number is part of a DID / DDI range or if it is a dedicated line.

Try in LD 49 first under IDC and see if it is located there. Otherwise, take a look at all of your trunks in LD 21 under LTM and RDB etc to see if the number is listed there.

You might have to make a call in and monitor the line in LD 80.
Another answer could be that prior to the reboot of the system was that you had an extension that normally rang and that it had a Call Forward set to 7010.

idgt is 3333. On this number voice greeting 7010 is not working. I suspect the line changed from DCNO 1 to DCNO 2. How can I return the DCNO 1 line to default?

You need to print out all of your RDB in LD 21 and look for the RDB that has the DCNO entry set to 1. It needs to be changed in LD 16.
