Voice Greeting Message

Hello All,
I have configured a Panasonic ns500 that has voice mail greeting message working for the operator.But recently the greeting voice message
has stopped working.
Could it be that voice message box of the operator is full?Please your answers are welcomed.

Hi there,
Try the pressing the following on the switchboard: *362501
*362 is the command to listen to the voice message and 501 is the greeting number (which can be 501, 502, 503 etc....).
If you can hear the OGM it means it is still on the system and you should make sure whether your incoming calls are set to ring at this specific OGM.
If you can't hear it you may need to re-record or upload it.
