I have a new customer that has a voice gate voice mail. I have been able to make minor changes on it, but i cannot figure out how to set the trunks up to be answered by the auto attd. He has one line that is not being answered by the AA and I need to get this fixed. Does anyone know where I can get a manual online for this or how to repair this issue.
