We have 2 pri's thru time warner and all of a sudden are experiencing failed incoming calls. When we call from certain cell phones, and supposedley certain land lines we get a redirect message saying "welcome to verizon wireless, your call can not be completed at this time...blah blah. Then the same call might go thru after a few more tries.
I do not even see this call hitting my pbx (cs1000 rls7.0). TW is saying the pbx is rejecting the call, which might be if CLID info is not being sent out, right? Call trap is below. Any ideas,?, because I doubt very much this is my pbx causing this. Thanks

this sounds like the telco provider problem, is this a new pri? if not then ask them why it quit working, especially if no programming changes were made.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

IF YOU TURN ON THE DCH MESSAGING AND YOU DON'T SEE ANYTHING ON THE MSGI, THAT CALL IS NOT HITTING THE SWITCH
