Voice E1 hangs

We have voice setup which connects 3662 to PBX with E1 line usin multiflex trunk line (NM HDV 2E1 60).
sh voice port
Port ch sig-type oper in status out status tip ring
4/0:1 8 R2-analog up idle idle
4/0:1 10 R2-analog up idle idle
4/0:1 17 R2-analog up idle idle
4/0:1 26 R2-analog up idle idle
To correct this we have to shutdown the interface manually and up again.
Any help would be highly appriciated.

Whats going on? Its hanging? How? When? Need more info to help... need more description of the setup, etc...

PBX----e1----3662--e1---ds0'S---1750 with FXS---PBX

This is the setup we are having.Failure occurs in E1 between PBX and 3662 as explained above (only some channels hangs).
In the same setup 1750's voice functions also hangs(users can't hear dial tone)But I don't know this two problems are related to each other.
