Voice drop in remote sip extension 1

Dear friends
I have installed an ippbx with sip extension at remote location.client has cyberoam firewall directly connected to cisco layer 3 switch.and 5060 5061 tcp udp and rtp 8000 to 9000 forwarded to ippbx ip in firewall i.e public ip to local ippbx ip.i am able to register sip phone on internet and when call to other extension i gets ringback and other end pick up phone and after 7 sec voice from other side disappear total blank.what can be problem is there anything in firewall.

What system
What type of trunks
What did you try yet
VLAN on the network? and if so what device routes to the public the firewall or the layer 3 switch routes to the data network and then out via firewall.

yea this could be many many things. Packet capture will tell you

There was udp flood problem.now itsworking fine after changes in firewall
