Hello,

I am having two PCs with the follwing configuration.
PC1 : Windows 2000 Advanced server
PC2 : Windows 98 SE

both PCs are connected in a TCP/IP network. I have shared the internet connection in PC1 with PC2 by swithing Internet Connection Sharing on in the PC1. I can do text chats and voice chats using Yahoo messenger. But when I used MSN messenger, I was able to do text chats but I was unable to do voice chats (It just tries to connect to the other computer in the internet, but it failed). So please help me solve my problems.

Thanks for all of your help.

MSN won't work through a proxy server as the packet has no direct route back to the originating address's reserved IP.

If you solve it let me know as I have been fighting this one for months with my firewall and proxy with this and Net Meeting.

Same setup as Faheemi, same problem. I've also been driving myself up the wall trying to find a solution. We need to either offer a bounty for a solution, or put a hit on ol' Bill :)
