Is there any way to Completly turn off the voice call option on the system. For some reason the customer does not want people to use voice call at all. Thanks

Go to each phone and press feat88.
This is the feature for voice call deny.

You can do what i've seen done before. Go to each set and pry off the Feature key and place electrical tape over the hole.

Why not just put the electrical tape over the contact instead. Then you don't have to cover the hole.
