I have an Extension at a main post (Dterm Series E 16 button on NEAX 2000IVS) that does not ring it answers in voice mode. When you call the extension you never hear it ringing you just instantly hear the people at the post. The manual says Factory Access Code is 60 for Voice/Tone Toggle but I tied that to no avail. Any suggestions how to toggle phone back to answering by ringing? Thanks

Try cm200>a163> this should give you the code if different from *60

Just tried cm200>a163> and recieved "Wrong-". So I tried cm200>a063> (from 200IVS command manual) and recieved "None-".

*6 on our 200IVS is programmed for setting "Call Forward All"

Thanks Guys, any other suggestions?

Looking through command manual and stepping through MOC Terminal I did see this in our programming does this help?
(cm200>B9: A63-) If I enter 60 here will this then work as the code to toggle this feature? Also, more importantly, will it mess anything else up?

Dial 60 from the phone you want to change. As soon as you dial 60 the display will say TONE or VOICE. Pressing the digit 1 will toggle it from one to the other. Pressing it a second time will set it back to what is was. This won't hurt anything else.

Thanks for your help Gentlemen however, I finally figured out the solution to my problem. To correct the problem all I had to do was press speaker, #9, then * to toggle between Voice and Tone. Thanks Again.

I ran into the same problem. I reset the code in CM>200, found an unused nunmber (in my case 75), and assigned it A63. Went to the phone and dialed 751 (1=off, 0=on).

I have a 2000IVS and am trying to forward all calls to an outside line. In the user guide it shows *5 as "forward all" or I also have a "forward all" button as well. When I try to forward all calls I get a rapid beeping tone at which time I try to enter the forwarding number. This is followed by what sounds like a "busy" tone and it consequently doesn't forward. Any suggestions?

Make sure you are placing a trunk access code (9) infront of the number you are forwarding to. If the problem still persists the station is in call back/trunk queuing mode. To cancel this the default number plan code is #1 to be dialed from the prime line of the station.
If this is not in your numbering plan find a spare access code in CM 20 and assign it to 005.
