Customer has MICS 7.1 software.... They use the Voice Call alot and do not like the alert tone.....I don't believe ther is but, just in case.... Is there a way to turn it off...
If person A uses Voice Call to call person B then person B can press their Handsfree button to cancel the tone. I have tested this and it works. I never knew this, I doubt you can find it in the docs, but an old time Nortel tech told me about this. It works on my BCM too.
