Voice Call Alert Tone

Customer has MICS 7.1 software.... They use the Voice Call alot and do not like the alert tone.....I don't believe ther is but, just in case.... Is there a way to turn it off...
 
Negative, no program field to toggle this feature.
 
Voice call has the alert tone so that users know they are being listened to. That is the law in some places.

If person A uses Voice Call to call person B then person B can press their Handsfree button to cancel the tone. I have tested this and it works. I never knew this, I doubt you can find it in the docs, but an old time Nortel tech told me about this. It works on my BCM too.
