Voice & Video from MIC/WEB CAM to WEB PAGE

Am searching for the best way and simple to dilaver voice and image from my web cam and mic to my web page LIVE .. any help is wellcomed ... By the way am not really a programmer so I'll be even more thankfull for the exceplenation ...

I've had good luck with Axis products. My cam is a 2120 with built-in video server, and I just added an Axis 2191 voice module.

These work great over a corporate network without hogging bandwidth. Over a switched fast ethernet network I am able to get real time voice with ~10-15 fps video.

I'm just now setting up to access via IDSN and will see how that works.
