Voice access ports from CCMA (Contact Center)

Hello all,
We have a Call Pilot 5.01.01.
I see that I have license for 76 voice channels.
Also I see 1 voice service provided by access channel.(not sure if this even applies)

I am having an issue with acquiring voice access ports on my Contact Center Server.
I have the voice segment built in the Contact Center Server.
I have added the TNs to the configuration portion phone sets/voice ports.
I have 16 channels built on virtual TNs.
I have configured the TN ports as ACDN and they show as idle.
Whenever I try to acquire the ports in the Contact Center I keep getting Failure to Acquire.
Any ideas would be helpful at this point.

What about all the programming on the CP side?
DID you tell the AACC server that it's integrating to a CP and added the CP IP to the AACC database?
 

There is quite a bit to do

Callpilot needs to know it is integrated with contact centre and IP address setup in the wizard, also access channels assigned and given ID's. SDN assigned in the callpilot for access.

The Channels setup on the CS1K need to be in ACD group separate to the Voice channels the ACD needs auto login set to yes. Also on the CS1K the VSID need to be setup correctly for Access.

In the AACC you need to put the Callpilot details in the server config of the CCMS server. Then in CCMA you build the access channel TN's in config and the ID's need to match what you setup in the Callpilot wizard. Add the Access SDN details into config and into global settings.

There's more but see how you do with the above and reference the manuals, if you are still struggling I will take a look when I have access to manuals etc.

Everything is already built on the CS1K and on the Call pilot.
Actually all was working at 1 point.
As of now there is a DS30 link alarm on the call pilot.
I am thinking the issue may be there.
I see that the link lights are lit on the MGATE cards(3 cards in separate loops) in the CS1K and on the Call Pilot.
Says there is a BUS error.

Maybe a system reboot on the Call Pilot may resolve the issues.
Going to try that this evenng.

when you say 3 separate loops do all the gateways that the MGATEs are in have links to a common clock source (Say PSTN) or are you using the DECT clock cable to keep all the Media Gateways in Sync? As you can imagine Callpilot gets its sync from only one of the circuits between the MGATEs and itself. Just like trunks if the other gateways are out of sync to the one its using for a clock source you can get slips and issues.
