Vodavi XTS with InFlash Voicemail

We did a factory reset to our Vodavi XTS. We have the InFlash Voicemail card in slot 1 and activated as card 17. We are still getting a fast busy when we dial 440 to access voicemail. Can anyone please tell us what we are missing?

Add the VM Ports to the VM group. The tech docs provide a fairly straight-forward config process.

Thanks, Mike. We did note that in the Docs. Looks like the card was just being stubborn because it finally activated.
