Our voicemail system seems to have gotten out of sync or something with our system. When we try to access VM, it just rings and rings.
I know there is a reset button for this, and that has worked in the past. But, for the life of me I can't find the reset button. Where is it located?
And can I press said button without the entire system going through a reboot? Can I do it with people on the phone without interruption in service?
