Vodavi WinDBA 4.23

Our organization has the Starplus STS system. I just purchased an RS232 cable to begin programming the KSU. I understand that I need the software WinDBA 4.23 to run on my laptop; however I cannot find this software.

Someone mentioned the Vodavi website, however I am not a dealer. They do not have any support or registration options for non-dealers. Any solutions?

register with VOdavi as a dealer and then apply for a log-on passcode, this will let u dl all STS info...
