vodavi sts expansion cabinet 3502

Added this to the system - main cabinet is a 3501. x-connected phones to the expansion cabinet but they are not bootin up.
Can someone help a nortel guy? :(

Need to program, in Flash 24 the digital card in slot of the expansion ksu. Once you do that the system will have to be rebooted.
