Vodavi Starplus not forwarding to Cell

The previous tech set up the phones to forward off-net, or to my co-workers cell phones. Two of the extensions are successful - they do not have to hit forward or do anything when they leave their desk, their extension will ring 2/3 times and then go straight to cell. I did try call forwarding but unless it is set up ALL the time could not get it to work any other way. It is probably something simple but could I get some help??? I did try 640 - 7 - 9001 which is the speed bin for the cell but I only get a busy signal and not a confirmation signal. THANKS!
 
What Vodavi system and voicemail are you working with?

It is the Starplus STS system. Sorry about that.
 
Check the programming within the specific mailbox for the extension in question. This is where you have the routing of a call transferred to a cell, depending on your software level, if 2 other extensions are doing it already then the software level is okay. If 109 wants the call transferred to his cellphone then you need to program 109's mailbox for that feature. Check the mailbox programming on one of the working mailboxes and copy it, making sure you put the correct cellphone number in for extension 109. Do not change any programming in the good mailboxes, just use as a template
