Vodavi Starplus DHS, phones ring while user is on the phone

Law firm users will be on the phone, other incoming CO's ring in at each set.
Is this programmed out under receive assignment?
Customer is not happy or able to conduct good business while phone constantly ringing while on it.

look at the feature "muted ring" in the manual

The muted ring feature seems to be automatic. There is no section on programming the muted ring feature that I could find.
So, apparently if it is an automatic feature, it does not work very well on this Particular KSU.
