Hello Everyone,

We have been using a Vodavi DHS Phone system with Vodavi Dispatch voice mail for a number of years and I need to modify the auto attendant menus. To divert a menu choice to a different mailbox. I was going to bring up the admin program and just change it in there. When I run the program it comes up fine with the buttons down the left, but when you press one of the buttons on the side, it will pop up the list menu and populate it, but then it closes immediately. I have tried this using multiple computers and it does the same thing on all of them. Has anyone else seen the problem.

Thank you for any suggestions you can provide...

Seems that I've had this occur when I had a serial communication issue between PC and VM. Did you reboot VM just in case?
Mike

The VM has been rebooted a number of times. The computer does actually download the data, but as soon as the lists come up, the window closes. I have tried different serial parameters, but this is the same computer that we have always used to talk to it and it hasn't even been used since the last time we used it to configure the VM unit so all of that should have been correct.

If you have any other things to try I would appreciate them...

John

Not that I want to send you somewhere else... however you'll get many more responses over at Sundance Telephone Tech Talk. Google it. Way more Vodavi folks.
Cheers
Mike

Thanks for the suggestion. I will see if anyone over there has any suggestions.
