Hi,

How can be programmed the vocal messages of the telephones and how are they introduced and consulted?

You mean a welcome-message ? then you need a VSU-card (Voice Server Unit)!
But this doesn't work on an extension...only on huntgrp, ACD-grp or Operator...

plz give more details
