Hi,

The default installation did not install vmstat or svmon on my system. Does anyone knows where I could find these utilities.
Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Timc [sig][/sig]

Hi Timc
to the fileset you need to install for vmstat and svmon is the bos.acct and perfagent.tools respectively. You should find this on the aix cd. Please let me know if you succeded in locating these filesets and if it worked.

hi
i think vmstat should installed as a part of BOS installtion.
svmon is a part of AIX performance tool box commands set and fileset
should be installed is: perfagent.tools
For vmstat what u can do is to check what filesets are available on ur AIX
CD(e.g bos.perf*) and then check whether these filesets are installed on ur
system or not.
Hope it works
