VMS 4 Locks up

I agree w/ telprog. Hard drive is failing. Do you have utilities to run a scandisk and hard drive maintenance?

i have cosessions, a couple other questions:
1) how do i disable the INTERVIEW box. For some reason it is automatically playing after the night greeting.
2) When I log into the system manager box, it is telling me I have a fax message. How do I disable the fax box.
3) During the night greeting, if the user does not press anything, i need the call to go general mailbox . How do I do that?

1>you can't delete the interview box ($pm i think). but in the transaction boxes go to $greeting on the right side it has the $pm chance this to something else
2>in the easy made apps screen (ctrl-a) page 6 i think. look towards the bottom. if it has cng in the startup delete it (only the cng part if there's more!). this will stop the vm from looking for faxes! only do this if you are sure that you don't need the fax part of the vm
3>what's your general mailbox? kinda goes back to the $greeting and the interview box thing
