VMPRO Transfer using $KEY Over SCN

I have posted this a few times.

Using transfer from centralized VMPRO over scn, the calls never roll back over to VM. They just ring until picked up. This is the only situtation that i can create this problem.

If call comes in via DID directly to a device on the remote side of the scn, it rolls over to VM. Users can also call eachother by extension (on both sides) and it rolls over to vm.

I currently have to use assisted transfer as a work around.

I promise I won't post this again, but please any help would be appreciated.

Hello Mike.

Personally I would roll with what works and stick to it. SCN has had issues forever. One day you will likely find that you lab tests show the the problem has been resolved. Until then you should stay with what works.
