Hi,

We have issues on our VMpro for some reasons, it stops recording calls. It was working fine before then suddenly it stops.

I set the call recoding type to mandatory to see if call are recorded but no luck.

The version is: Avaya IP Office Version 11.1.3. VMpro server is on Linux App.

Is the VMPro up, running and responsive?

Open SSA and navigate to "Voicemail" on the left plane.
Here you can see the type of voicemail and the number of voicemail channels.
Now dial *17 on any phone. In SSA you can see an active call to voicemail and on the deskphone you should hear the voicemail greeting.

As a second step check the available space on the linux server:
Goto https://<ip-of-linux-server>:7071
Wait until the page is fully loaded and check the free disk space.

as tsackI said + from port 7071 check the additional hard drive specified for recording and check it's capacity from the additional hard drive settings.
also from port 7070 you can check the media manager configuration and check the alarms on the media manager from applications> media manager> select alarms from the drop-down list.

We currently dint know if the OP uses Media Manager and therefore if he has a secondary hdd.

Also he got some hints but didn't respond anymore.
