I have reinstalled the vm twice. Any ideas?

IP500 ver 4.1.12?!

First upgrade the IP500 to 4.2.14 and VMPro to 4.2.27.

I think your problems will be solved then.

ps. Are you using RemoteDesktop on the VMPro PC?
Better install or use Remote desktop
-console.

Start > Run > typ mstsc -console

I did upgrade to the newest versions and it caused my PRI to not be able to make outbound calls, which was a know issue with the first 4.2 and was suppose to be fixed in the new 4.2 but I had the same problems so I had to downgrade them to 4.1.40 so an upgrade is not really an option at this point

I'm using remote desktop to access the system.

Yeah that did nothing and I'm was on 4.2.14 which is suppose to have the fix in it....I also tried the No User thing and it did nothing.....my is currently with Avaya tier 4 with no results

Tried to disable Firewall/Virusscanner?

Yes it is a huge network and firewall is first thing i disable....no virus scans and the power is not set to ever go down....I have the recovery on the service setup as restart services, resart services, reboot computer.

In your other thread i've read that you're using XP Professional?

Does it have SP2 or SP3? SP1 won't work.,

I think the best thing to do is;

Uninstall VMPro, .NET X.X, reboot the XP machine

Rename the Voicemail Pro Map in C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro

Then reinstall VMPro.

Do you happen to have a Pri 60 card ?
If yes then set the sync on the first Pri off and turn it on on the second Pri

Maybe not to you.....hehe ;)

On the c:\ root of the VM PC you will find a file called DbgOut.txt and is 4 mb in size.
That file contains all error information of the VM Pro service. It may be helpfull to take a look.
