Hi,
I have IPO Rls 8.1, upgraded it to Rls 11, as the customer have CCR on Rls 8.1, on the upgraded license to Rls 11, the PLDS license have VMPro Recorder Administration, as the customer needed the recorder on windows not Linux, I have installed the Contact store and it's worked for 2 days and after it stop working when try to access the webpage of the contact store, we have Apache Tomcat/5.5.25 error.

I think the error is in the license from beginning it should be Media Manager rather than VMPro Recorder Administration?
